I have not seen any of the many Don Quixote movies available, but I have heard that the 2000 Hallmark version with John Lithgow in the title role is a good choice—unfortunately, it is not currently available as a Region 1 DVD in the U.S.—nevertheless, you may be able to find it on Youtube. Before watching, you may want to consult a movie guide for more information.
